We look forward to hearing from you! Sales Tax Chic Mama is required to collect 6.25% sales tax on orders shipped to any Texas address. Orders placed with Chic Mama that are shipped outside of Texas will not be charged sales tax, but may want to consult applicable tax laws in their state. Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We can also accept cashier's checks and Paypal. New Product Submission We are always looking for new & innovative products at Chic Mama. Gift Certificates/Coupons Be sure to sign up for the Chic Mama newsletter. As a Chic Mama preferred customer, you will be notified of exclusive sales, notice of new sale items, and special discount codes for weekly specials! If you already have a discount code or gift certificate and would like to redeem it, the Chic Mama shopping cart will prompt you to enter your code at checkout and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total. Gift Wrapping Are you sending your purchase directly to the recipient? Don’t worry – we’ll gift wrap it for you for the perfect presentation. Request our gift wrapping services at checkout. $5.95 per item. (Available on select items only.) Please contact us to verify that your item can be gift wrapped. Monogramming and Personalization Looking for something personal? Monograms and personalization are available on select products. Please contact one of our sales consultants to see how you can personalize your favorite items. All sales are final on custom orders. Price Guarantee When you shop at Chic Mama, you can rest assured that you are purchasing our items at the lowest price available online! We want you to be confident in your purchase from Chic Mama, if you find the same item at a lower price, we will match or beat any competitor’s price! • Item must be sold by an authorized US distributor. • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. • Request must be made within two business days of your purchase. Returns & Exchanges Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase from Chic Mama! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact a sales representative to obtain a return authorization number (RMA). You may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the item. Exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receipt of the item. We can send item out before receiving your return. We would need the tracking # of the item you have sent back, then we could ship new item out. Sale items are store credit only. Store credit can be used on in stock items only. You cannot apply store credit towards drop shipped items. Clearance items marked more than 50% off are final sale. Do not send back they will not be accepted. Swimwear is only store credit. Bras and underwear are FINAL SALE. Instructions on obtaining a RMA: Contact our Customer Service Department toll-free at 210-545-7217. Our team is available from 10 am – 6 pm CST. They will issue you a return number (RMA number) that is to be placed on the exterior of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA. Repack the unused merchandise securely in the original packaging, with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of delivery and a brief note explaining the return/exchange. We HIGHLY recommend that you return your merchandise via insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your receipt & tracking number. Chic Mama is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items in less than perfect condition will be sent back, at the customer’s expense. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as they are received and in most cases can not be canceled. When you receive your item, use our return procedure to return the order. Sorry, all shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. Note: refused deliveries will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a 15% handling fee. If you receive free shipping or a discount on the original purchase and return the item – the discount will be deducted from your return. *The only non-refundable items at Chic Mama are custom/personalized items. Shipping Information Chic Mama uses FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Extra large items and those shipped directly from our designers may not be able to be sent to a P.O. Box. We will notify you immediately if a different ship-to address is needed. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care.

Freight Shipments If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your order arrives, you are responsible for performing a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage to the item's packaging, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver's delivery ticket. Please notify Chic Mama of the damage immediately by calling (210)-545-7217. International Orders International orders will incur higher charges than stated above. Please call us for exact prices for these shipments and for specific information regarding international orders. Unfortunately, some of our items are only available within the 48 contiguous states. Delivery Time Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was placed. Because many of our products are hand crafted and made-to-order, shipping times given in the product descriptions are estimates. *monogrammed items should be allowed 7-10 bus days.
